African champions, the Super Eagles on Wednesday arrived Cuiaba, venue of their second Group F game of the 2014 World Cup against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The team were accommodated at the Victoria Hotels Complex in Campinas, but they left every Nigerian back in Campinas in no doubt that they are poised for a showdown against debutants, Bosnia.
Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi and his players have come under scathing criticisms from Nigerians who expressed their disappointment following the goalless draw against Iran on Monday.
Keshi, the captain of the Eagles when Nigeria made its World Cup bow in USA 94 however pleaded that Nigerian fans should support his team on Saturday.
“We want to qualify from the group, you can bet that we want it but in football, you never know what to expect.
” I have spoken extensively with the boys and they know the importance of this game.
“Please support this team and do not put the team under undue pressure. Believe me, these boys have got character and will fight till the end of the game,” the ‘Big Boss’ stated.
