Eagles Start Training Tuesday Ahead CIV, Sudan Friendlies

The home-based Super Eagles players invited for the two international friendlies against Cote d’ Ivoire and Sudan between January 11 and 17 2015 have started arriving the Bolton White Hotel Zone 7 camp Abuja and are expected to hold their first training session later in the evening.

Media spokesperson of the Eagles, Ben Alaiya confirmed to Completesportsnigeria.com on Tuesday afternoon that the technical crew led by Daniel Amokachi were already in Abuja for the commencememnt of traning while the players have until midnight Tuesday to report to camp.

“I’m still in Lagos but will shortly be with the rest of the team. However, we will have an almost full camp tonight ( on Tuesday) because the team are taking these friendlies very seriously. The coaches led by Daniel Amokachi are already in camp with some of the boys,” Alaiya stated.

As at the time of this report however, only the duo of Mfon Udoh (Enyimba) and Erhun Obabor (Bendel Insurance) were the early birds in camp though Completesportsnigeria.com scooped that more players were confirmed to be on their way to join them ahead of the first traning on Tuesday evening.
