Chelsea's Nigerian winger Victor Moses has hailed The Blues' spirited comeback in Tuesday night's English Football League Cup Third Round clash against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium, reports Completesportsnigeria.
Chelsea on the back of a 2-1 defeat at home to Liverpool last Friday, fought back despite trailing Shinji Okazaki's brace in the opening 30 minutes, to beat a ten man Leicester 4-2 after extra time on the night to book a place in the Fourth Round.
An extra time brace from Cesc Fabregas and strikes from Gary Cahill and Cesar Azpilicueta sealed Chelsea's place in the next round.
Moses who was making his second start in the competition – his 51st appearance for The Blues since joining in 2013, was delighted with the support from the club's travelling fans.
The 25 year old wrote via his Twitter handle, @VictorMoses: "Brilliant comeback and win tonight. Fans were fantastic. Thanks for your support."
Antonio Conte's men will know their Fourth Round opponents when the draw is made after tonight’s game.
