Nigeria striker, Emmanuel Emenike, and his new club Al-Ain suffered their second loss in two days after going down 4-0 on Wednesday to Hull City, with Sone Aluko on the bench.
The game which was played inside the Worgl Stadium, in Austria, saw Hull City shoot into the lead through Michael Dawson in the 30th minute.
Ahmed El-Mohamady made it 2-0 in the 47th mminute before adding another 11 minutes later to make it 3-0.
Then with three minutes to the end of the match, Callaum Jahraldo-Martin scored the fourth goal.
In Germany, it was victory for Leon Balogun and Mainz following their 3-0 victory over SS Lazio who also paraded Super Eagles midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi.
Goals from Yunus Malli (43 mins) Jairo (48 mins) and Christian Clemens (68 mins), gave Mainz the comfortable win.
Balogun was later replaced in the 77th minute by Henrique Sereno, while Onazi came off for Argentine’s Lucas Biglia on 62 minutes.
And in Portugal, Nwankwo Obiora’s Academica De Coimbra were trounced 3-0 by Nacional.
