Super Eagles skipper Vincent Enyeama will make his fourth start of the season in the Europa League when Lille FC take on Everton at Goodison Park tonight.
The Nigeria international whose only clean sheet in the competition came in the reverse fixture at the at Stade Pierre-Mauroy stadium has conceded two goals in the competition.
Enyeama who has conceded ten goals in 12 Ligue 1 games will be hoping that Lille end their struggles for goals having failed to score on four of their five previous trips to England.
Lille, third on the group H log with three points are trailing leaders Everton on five with two points from three games.
In Spain, Ikechukwu Uche will be keen to see his side remains top of Group A in the Europa League after Villarreal’s trip to FC Zürich. Uche has one goal in the competition but found the back of the net three times in eight La Liga games.
Also in France, Nigerian midfielder, Joel Obi was part of the 21-man Inter squad that arrived for the Nerazzuri’s clash against Saint Etienne at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard stadium. His only appearance for Walter Mazzari’s side in the competition was against Qarabağ when he came on as a 72nd minute substitute for Hernanes. Inter won the encounter 2-0.
Obi has made five Serie A appearances for Inter Milan.
