Enyimba Keeper Dauda: We Want To Beat Bidvest Wits In Jo’burg

By Adeboye Amosu:

Enyimba goalkeeper Fatau Dauda has promised that the team will go all out for a win in tonight’s CAF Confederation Cup play-offs fixture against their hosts Bidvest Wits of South Africa, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

The Peoples Elephant will look to gain a foothold in the tie when they face Bidvest Wits at the Milpark Stadium, Johannesburg

Dauda, a former Ghanaian international, stated that the Enyimba are battle ready for the game and keen to maintain their perfect run after edging out Energie FC of Benin Republic home and away in the previous round.

“It is an important game for us and we are all prepared to beat them (Bidvest Wits) in their stadium,” Dauda told CSN.

“I’m aware no club from Nigeria has won the Confederattion Cup and but we are determined to change all that this year.

“But first we have to make it to the group stages first and take it one game at a time.”
