Glo Premier League leaders, Enyimba will look to secure a record seventh title when they take on their main rival for the crown, Warri Wolves at the Enyimba Sports Stadium, Aba on Sunday.
The Peoples Elephant who sit at the top of the log with 68 points need just a point to win the title. Wolves who are six points behind the hosts need to win the tie to give themselves a chance of securing a first domestic title.
Enyimba coach, Kadiri Ikhana will bank on last season's top scorer, Mfon Udoh to deliver the goods for his side against the Seasiders.
Udoh rose from the bench to score the decisive winning goal against local rivals, Abia Warriors last weekend, and he along with skillful winger, Ezekiel Bassey, will be the dangermen for the former African Champions in the absence of the injured Christain Obiozor.
Captain Chinedu Udoji is expected to be deployed in the holding midfield role once again with the duo of Razak Aliyu and Kamal Sikiru is still injured.
Warri Wolves will hope to have the quartet of Oghenekaro Etebo, Semiu Liadi, Stanley Dimgba and Kufre Ebong who are with national U-23 side back in their fold for the game.
At the Rwang Pam Stadium, Giwa FC will hope to secure a vital win against Shooting Stars to boost their continental hopes. The visitors have nothing but pride to play for as they are not in the hunt for the title and are also safe from relegation.
It will be a northern affair at the Karkanda Stadium in Katsina as El-kanemi Warriors and Wkikki Tourists battle for the three maximum points on offer.
Relegation hunted side's Sharks and Kwara United will clash in Port Harcourt. The game at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium will be played behind closed doors as punishment for the hosts abandoning last weekend's game against Nasarawa United in Lafia.
Both side's need nothing but a win to boost their survival hopes.
Sharks' local rivals, Dolphins are also in a must win situation as they welcome Heartland to the Liberation Stadium, Port Harcourt.
In Makurdi, Lobi Stars will look to inflict further misery on Rangers when both side's clash at the Aper Aku Stadium.
Rangers were totally annihilated 5-1 in a rescheduled week 34 fixture on Wednesday by Sunshine Stars and the hosts who are battling hard to maintain their top flight status will hope to secure a win against them.
Sunshine Stars will continue their chase for a continental ticket when they file out against relegation bound, Bayelsa United in Oghara, while Taraba United another side who look certain to return to the National League will take on Abia Warriors.
Defending Champions, Kano Pillars will entertain Akwa United in Kano, with IfeanyiUbah and Nasarawa United expected to do battle in the last fixture for the weekend.
