Former Super Eagles forward Emmanuel Emenike has been included in Fenerbahce's squad to face Russian side Krasnodar in Thursday's Europa League first leg clash at the FK Krasnodar Stadium in Russia, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Emenike who last featured for the Yellow Canaries last December in a Turkish Cup game against Amed SK missed his side's last three games against Kayserispor, Besiktas and Bursaspor but could return to action in the absence of Dutch striker Robin Van Persie who is nursing a back injury.
The former Manchester United forward was handed a three-game suspension by the Turkish Football Federation for 'insulting to fans of an opposing team' but that was reduced to two on appeal.
Emenike who has scored four goals in all competitions for Fenerbahce and Jose Fernandao are the two recognised strikers in the squad to face Krassnodar who lie fifth in the Russian log.
At the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium in Greece, Umar Aminu will play no part in Osmanlıspor's first leg away clash with reigning Greek champions Olympiakos who are expected to hand Brown Ideye his seventh start of the campaign.
Ideye has featured in six UEFA Europa League matches this term scoring once.
Osmanlıspor without a win in their last three games will also be without Tiago Pinto and Tugay Kacar due to injuries.
