Former West Ham star Matthew Etherington is delighted with the club’s capture of Nigeria winger Victor Moses.
Moses joined the Hammers on a one year loan deal from Chelsea on Tuesday after extending his deal with the Premier League champions.
Etherington took to Twitter to express his happiness at the arrival of the erstwhile Wigan Athletic player at the Boleyn Ground and the other business done by the club on transfer deadline day.
“Some great business done by #WHFC especially like the signing of Moses. Very good player.”
Moses who has been given the number 20 jersey by West Ham joined Chelsea from Wigan Athletic in 2013, but has struggled secure a starting berth in the team.
Moses’ loan move to West Ham is his third since he linked up with Chelsea.
He spent the 2013/2014 season on loan at Liverpool, and was with Stoke City last season.
