Excited New Super Eagle Nwakaeme Confident Of Victory Over Cameroon

By Johnny Edward:

Hapoel Be’er Sheva forward Anthony Nwakaeme believes a combination of togetherness and mental strength can see the Super Eagles defeat Cameroon in 2018 World Cup qualifiers on 1 September and 4 September, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.

An excited Nwakaeme is still celebrating his first-ever national team call up by Gernot Rohr following his impressive form for his Israeli side this season in the UEFA Champions League preliminary rounds.

“I’ll be ready to give my best for the team to help the Eagles win and I want us to play as well as we can,” Nwakaeme told Completesportsnigeria.com.

“With unity and mental ability we will beat Cameroon.

“I’m very happy with the invitation and we’ve got players in all areas that can win this game for us; we have lots of threats in every department so there’s no cause for alarm.”

Nwakaeme this season has scored five goals in seven appearances for Hapoel Be’er Sheva who lost 2-2 on away goals rule to Slovenian side Maribor in the play-offs of the UEFA Champions League.

The Super Eagles invitees players must stop their Pre boasting before the actual match is played. Because If there were still minors in Africa teams those minor should be Bafana Bafana, yet that South African team despite stopping the Super Eagles from featuring in Afcon in Gabon, the same team beat the Super Eagles again on the same Eagles home venue! Therefore it’s time to stop these noise making and rather do the talking inside the soccerfield on the match day. They must always going to remembered that anyone African team beaten by this very South African team 2-0 in their home venue shouldn’t be talking tough anymore, because they are never good enough for the top 5 teams in Africa soccer! They needed to be working harder rather than making noise on emedia every time! Good luck Super Eagles.I am not saying you should lost to Cameroonian but you must work harder overconfidence is too bad.
