The Nigerian Football Federation have been summoned by the Court of Arbitration for Sport over their non-payment of the salaries of former Super Eagles assistant coach Jean Francois Losciuto, Completesportsnigeria.com has gathered.
The CAS is the highest body that resolves sporting disputes globally.
Loscuito resigned along with his boss Sunday Oliseh, citing "contract violations" as the reason for his exit after eight months.
A rented apartment in Abuja was also promised to Losciuto when he was appointed in July 2015 and that was never provided.
The Belgian was owed five months' salaries by the NFF and outstanding match bonuses since September 2015.
The NFF are yet to respond to this summons, with CAS giving them only 20 days left to answer the summons.
In 14 official matches in charge of the Super Eagles, Losciuto alongside his boss Oliseh lost twice.
