Chelsea bos, Antonio Conte, Is set to ring changes in his squad ahead of Saturday's FA Cup Fourth Round clash at home against Championship side, Brentford FC, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Conte could rest first team players like Diego Costa, Thibaut Courtois, Victor Moses, Gary Cahill and Eden Hazard for the Cup clash against Brentford.
In his pre-match press conference on Friday, Conte revealed that the likes of Nathan Ake, Michy Batshuayi could start against Brentford.
"Tomorrow's game is a good opportunity for me to see players who haven't been involved a lot," Conte said.
"Nathan Ake can play as a central defender or wing-back. Tomorrow is a good opportunity for the Dutchman.
"Tomorrow's game is another chance for Michy Batshuayi to show his improvement."
Conte said Chelsea would fight to win against Brentford and avoid an FA Cup replay. The Blues are therefore focusing on Brentford this weekend, and not their two upcoming league clashes against Liverpool and Arsenal.
"We want to avoid a replay if possible, so we must try to win the game. After that we will think about Liverpool," Conte said.
"We play two tough games next week, but the focus now is on ensuring we progress in the FA Cup."
