Chelsea defeated Championship club Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 on Saturday at Molineaux to progress into the quarter-finals of the Emirates FA Cup.
Second half goals from Pedro Rodriguez and Diego Costa sealed the hard-fought win for the Premier League leaders.
Super Eagles duo Victor Moses and Carl Ikeme were in action and played 90 minutes for their respective clubs.
Moses was impressive for Chelsea at his wing-back role, while Ikeme could do little about Chelsea's goals having made a good save in the first half.
Wolves were all over Chelsea in the early part of the game and almost took the lead in the fifth minute but George Saville's effort came off the upright.
Chelsea responded after Wolves' early onslaught and had a chance of their own on 12 minutes only for Ikeme to deny Willian a good opportunity.
Three minutes later Eden Hazard went close for Chelsea but Ikeme came to his team's rescue dashing out of his goal area to avert the danger.
In the 20th minute Saville sent in a dangerous ball across the face of Chelsea's goal area but there was no Wolves player around to finish it off.
Wolves finished the first half stronger with chances but Chelsea's back line held firm.
In the second half Wolves had the upper hand in the early exchanges but just like in the first half, they couldn't find the opener.
Chelsea eventually took the lead on 65 minutes through Pedro who headed past Ikeme from the near post off a brilliant assist from Willian.
With five minutes left Chelsea had a chance following a counter but Cesc Fabregas' goal bound strike came off a Wolves player away for a corner.
And in the 89th minute Costa wrapped the game up for Chelsea as he pounced on to a defensive mix-up to make it 2-0 to Chelsea.
