Nigeria forward Kelechi Iheanacho returned to Manchester City’s matchday squad in Saturday’s Emirates FA Cup clash away to Huddersfield Town on Saturday, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Huddersfield forced City to a replay after a 0-0 draw at the John Smith Stadium.
Iheanacho, who was left out of the City squad in their last six games, was an unused substitute in the draw.
Jesus Navas had the first chance but fired at Huddersfield goalkeeper Joel Coleman, who made a great save in the ninth minute.
And in the 24th minute Sergio Aguero tried his luck from 20 yards, chipping the Coleman but the ball went over the bar.
Three minutes later Huddersfield scored through Billing’s but the goal was disallowed instantly for offside.
At the restart, Huddersfield restricted City to just three shots on target.
At The Den, Super Eagles forward Ahmed Musa returned to Leicester City’s starting line-up for the Foxes who lost 1-0 to ten-man Millwall.
Shaun Cummings scored the only goal of the encounter in stoppage time of the game to take 2004 finalists Millwall to the quarter-finals.
Musa played the whole match his 24th game of the campaign.
Nigeria midfielder Wilfred Ndidi was an unused substitute in the defeat.
