Falconets Report To French Embassy Monday To Confirm Return From World Cup

By Richard Jideaka, Abuja:

All members of the Falconets, including the officials and delegates are expect to report to the French embassy in Abuja on Monday, August 20 as evidence that none of them stayed back after exiting the FIFA Under-20 World Cup in France, Completesportsnigeria.com reports. ‎

The NFF and the French embassy in Abuja had agreed before the World Cup that every member of the delegation issued visa must show up on return from the tournament to ensure that their trip to France was for no other reasons

“But for the agreement with the French embassy to report back after World Cup, the Falconets who returned Friday after losing to Spain in the quarter-finals last Thursday in France would have been disbanded last Friday” NFF head women football Miss Ruth David divulged

“We shall all be there on Monday morning in person to satisfy our agreement with the embassy before we got visas to France. After that, the players and officials will go back to their respective homes” Ruth David stated.

So much for the agreement. I guess the Americans did the same when they got home.mandatory head count for all.And our leaders are somewhere protecting cows, reinstating criminals, fighting corruption for ever, acting the usual pre election movie series, incessant travels and to crown it all a very stupid minister of sports.

With the way our National dignity has been reduced to rubbles by corruption at the highest positions ,Very soon Nigerians will have to travel naked to ensure the safety of the receiving nations. Like the late “Nigerian Cicero ” Bola I be would say.we siddon look.
