Super Falcons of Nigeria will take delivery of their new kits from Nike in Toronto, Canada, where they will train prior to the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup, officials said.
“We will ship most of their kits for the World Cup from our Memphis plant to Toronto,” disclosed Nike regional marketing director of Africa Tina Salminen.
“Everything has been worked out and we do not envisage any problems.”
The Women’s World Cup kicks off on June 6 and they are drawn against USA, Sweden and Australia.
The country’s U20, the Flying Eagles, have already received their own consignment of Nike kits for the World Cup in New Zealand.
