With Amokachi now in transit managerial role of the Super Eagles listing the Kano Pillars ace amongst 35 players including Glo League record 23 goal scorers, Mfom Udoh and Emem Eduok for the international double header friendly in Dubai against Ivory Coast and Sudan, Gambo has revealed his determination to impress Amokachi and grab a permanent shirt in the team.

“I’m happy that I was considered for a return to the Super Eagles. It’s like one coming back to a familiar terrain so I will work hard to convince the coaches that I deserve a regular shirt in the team”, states the bulky forward.
