Italian side, Genoa, have expressed interest in Inter Milan's Nigerian midfielder Joel Obi, completesportsnigeria.com has reliably gathered.
The Nigerian international who suited 11 times this season for the Nerrazzuri is one of the three players courted by Genoa for next season.
"Obi wants to stay at Inter but I think if Inter get a good proposal for him, he would be allowed to leave," an Italian football expert told completesportsnigeria.com.
"Obi has a contract with the club until 2017 but from now to the end of transfers, no one can predict what will happen."
Meanwhile other players Genoa have expressed interest are namely Samuele Longo and Saphir Taider.
It remains to be seen if Inter will be receptive to any bids.
