Giwa Replay Nasarawa Match Today

Giwa FC will host Nasarawa United in a rescheduled Nigeria league Week 35 game in Abuja today.

The game has been rescheduled twice and a walkover was done, but a U-turn has now been made by League Management Company (LMC) as the game will now be played in Abuja on Thursday.

Giwa FC head of marketing who doubles as the assistant coach Sammy Adesoji toldAfricanFootball.com the club has a letter from LMC that they will play the game on Thursday (today).

“We are going to replay our game against Nasarawa United on Thursday. We have a letter to that effect from LMC. Our aim is to play on the continent and we will achieve that with hard work,” Adesoji said.

Giwa now have 56 points, a win against Nasarawa United will take them to 59 points.
This was after they beat Sharks 2-1 on Wednesday in a rescheduled Week 32 game in Abuja with Shauibu Ibrahim getting a brace in the game to take his goals’ haul to 15 this season.
