Newly promoted German Bundesliga side Hannover 96 coach André Breitenreiter is not giving up on his chase for Super Eagles fringe striker Anthony Ujah from Chinese Super League side, Liaoning Whowin, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Sportsbuzzer reported that coach Andre Breitenreiter is in dire need of a top striker following Joel Sarenren Bazee’s reoccurring injury and has continued to press on Ujah’s China club Liaoning to let the player join Hannover 96 this summer.
However, Liaoning are bent on holding on to the striker who has since proved himself as one of the deadliest strikers the club has ever signed.
Sportsbuzzer revealed that the 26-year-old is willing to go to Hannover this summer, but he is currently faced with his club decision to retain him.
Ujah left Werder Bremen in 2016 to completed a move to Super Liaoning Whowin.
He joined Bremen in 2015 from Koln. He joined Liaoning Whowin on a permanent deal after netting 11 goals in 32 Bundesliga games to help the Green-Whites avoid relegation last season.
