“Al-Farouq Aminu was outstanding. I thought he was a terrific game. I thought both teams played very well, made runs, made big shots, made big plays.”
“I thought it was disappointing to lose, but I thought we really competed,” he added.
Aminu’s teammate CJ McCollum who accounted for just eight points, three assists and two rebounds in 34 minutes in the defeat to the Rockets also told NBA.com: “He (Aminu) was great. He was aggressive, knocked down shots; hit some big three’s for us.”
