Super Eagles and West Bromwich Albion of England striker, Brown Ideye has expressed excitement for the kickoff of the new premier league season.
The former Dynamo Kiev of Ukraine star joined the Hawthorns based side for a record fee of 10 million pounds.
Ideye, who failed to make his premier league debut in their 2-2 draw against Sunderland yesterday, opined that he is capable of justifying his big money move to England.
“I am so excited that the English Premier League has started.” he states. “With my debut today, I hope to justify my big money move to this club.”
Ideye began his career with Bayelsa United, before moving to Ocean Boys. He was a member of the Ocean Boys team that won the Nigerian Premier League.He scored 33 goals for his former club, helping them win the Ukrainian Cup in 2013 and also the Super Cup in 2011.
