Nigerian striker, Brown Ideye, scored for West Bromwich Albion in their 2-0 win against Walsall in Tuesday’s club friendly.
Ideye struck in the 83rd minute to seal the win for the Baggies after replacing compatriot, Victor Anichebe, on 50 minutes.
The first goal which came in the 62nd minute, was scored by West Brom’s top
scorer last season, Saido Berahino.
At the Cardiff City Stadium, in Wales, Super Eagles forward Odion Ighalo was in action for Watford in their 2-1 loss to Cardiff.
Skipper for Watford, Troy Deeney, drew his side level in the 30th minute after Joe Mason had given the hosts a 19th minute lead. But with 10 minutes to go, Mason struck again to secure the win for Cardiff

New signing Imoh Ezekiel was on from the start before he was replaced on 60th minute as Anderlecht lost 1-0 to Lierse following a 14th minute strike by Sabir Bougrine.
