Brazilian coach Rafael Everton is delighted to be back at the saddle at Nigeria Professional Football League club FC IfeanyiUbah, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Everton led the Anambra Warriors to a fourth place finish in the Nigeria Professional Football League last season and helped them win their first Federation Cup.
He was however demoted to handle the club's youth team which led to him walking away from the club.
His replacement, Kenichi Yatsuhashi, left the post after just two games at the NPFL Super Four competition and Everton has been recalled to handle the side again.
"It's good to be back with the team (FC IfeanyiUbah)," he told Complesportsnigeria.com.
"We did well together last season and I hope we can do better in the new season.
"Nigeria is like home to me now and I want to be successful here."
The Nnewi-based side will face NPFL champions Enugu Rangers in the Charity Cup on Wednesday and then take on Kano Pillars in their opening fixture on Saturday at the Sani Abacha Stadium.
