Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho is set to have a medical at Leicester City on Tuesday ahead of a £25m transfer deal from Manchester City, according reports by British media.
It was earlier reported that a deal for Iheanacho, 20, between Leicester and Manchester City had been 'agreed in principle'.
But finalisation of the deal was reportedly being held up by contractual issues, including the possibility of a buy-back clause and a dispute over Iheanacho's image rights.
Iheanacho featured 28 times for City last season, scoring seven goals.
However, he made just one start for City in 2017, which was in a 2-1 win against Burnley on January 2.
On Monday, it was reported that one of the reasons why Iheancho's move to Leicester has been delayed is because of a legal dispute between Iheanacho’s former and current agents regarding the Super Eagles forward’s image rights.
