Nigeria international, Imoh Ezekiel has attracted the interest of French giants, Olympic Marseille, Completesportsnigeria.com can report.
The forward who is currently on loan at Belgian side, Anderlecht – from Al- Arabi of Qatar, is being lined up by the former European champions as replacement for Mitchy Batshuayi who is a target for English Premier League side, Tottenham Hotspur.
"Marseille are keen on signing Ezekiel this summer," a reliable source close to the player informed Completesportsnigeria.com.
"That will depend on whether their top striker, Batshuayi, leaves for Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season.
"He is one of the strikers they are looking at as replacement for him. We will have to wait till this summer to see how things pan out."
Ezekiel, 22, has been capped once at international level by Nigeria. He arrived Belgian side, Standard Liege from local side 36 Lions in 2011. He scored 32 goals in 91 appearances for the club before moving to Al-Arabi in 2014.
