Manchester City have reportedly made ‘discreet enquiries’ over Crystal Palace’s highly-rated right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka. The 20-year-old defender has made an impressive start to the season with the Eagles and appears to have caught the eye of senior figures at the Etihad Stadium, according to The Mirror.
Since being handed his first-team debut by Roy Hodgson against Tottenham in February, Wan-Bissaka has gone on to make 20 first-team appearances, all but one of them from the start.
City, who could be looking for a younger right-back to bolster their expensively-assembled squad, have made a number of discreet enquiries about the England Under-21 defender.
Palace tied the Croydon-born youngster down to a new four-year deal in April, which should ensure they would get full value for him and force City to make them an offer too good to refuse.
