England have been rocked by the news influential brothers Billy and Mako Vunipola are doubtful for the autumn internationals.
They both went off injured during Saracens’ 13-3 Champions Cup victory over Glasgow on Sunday and now face an anxious wait to discover the full extent of the damage.
England will host South Africa, New Zealand, Japan and Australia at Twickenham in November and it remains to be seen if the key duo will make it.
Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall confirmed the double blow after the game, but says it was too early to know how long they would be out for.

“Mako has a calf injury but it’s too soon to say what the extent of it is,” he said. “Billy has an arm injury but it’s not the same arm he injured before. Again, it is too soon to say how bad it is.”
The news comes as yet another blow to England coach Eddie Jones, who is already without experienced lock Joe Launchbury, who was recently ruled out after knee surgery.
Elsewhere, Bath full-back Anthony Watson and Exeter forward Sam Simmonds are also confirmed absentees.
