Foxes to travel to Cardiff by coach

Leicester City chiefs have made the decision to travel to Saturday’s game at Cardiff by coach rather than fly. The Foxes are set to take on the Bluebirds in their first fixture since the tragic death of club owner and four others in a helicopter crash outside the King Power Stadium on Saturday evening.
Tuesday’s EFL Cup clash with Southampton was postponed following Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha’s death but it was decided that the weekend’s match in South Wales will go ahead.
Cardiff executive director and chief executive Ken Choo has offered his club’s support ahead of the emotional encounter.
He told the club’s website: “Following Saturday evening’s terrible events at King Power Stadium, the thoughts and feelings of Leicester City FC are at the forefront of our minds.
“As such, we will be offering our support to Leicester City in any way necessary in respect of this weekend’s fixture.”
There will be a minute’s silence prior to kick off while the players will wear black armbands and it has been reported that they will not fly to Cardiff out of respect for the man they called ‘The Boss’.
