Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson has highlighted the need for new arrivals in January after Tuesday’s loss to Brighton.
The Eagles are the second lowest scorers in the Premier League this season and their lack of firepower proved costly once again against the Seagulls.

Brighton, who took an early lead through Glenn Murray, were reduced to 10-men with just 28 minutes on the clock at the Amex.
Palace failed to take advantage and trailed 3-0 by half-time after Leon Balogun and Florin Andone found the back of the net.
Luka Milivojevic pulled one back in the latter stages but Hodgson admitted he had a lack of options to turn to on the bench.
Hodgson said: “If I had players on the bench I would’ve done it, but everyone knows we don’t have that player. “If I thought I could make a change that would’ve put us in an undoubted position that would’ve won us the game, I would’ve done it.”
