Home Sweet Home For Bonatini

Leo Bonatini is relishing another home outing for Wolves when Southampton visit Molineux in the Premier League on Saturday.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side suffered Carabao Cup disappointment on Tuesday night when they crashed out of the tournament on penalties against Premier League rivals Leicester following a goalless draw after 90 minutes.

However, their top-flight form has been good of late as they are now four matches undefeated, which have included 1-1 draws against both Manchester City and Manchester United.

Mark Hughes’ Saints sit four points below Wolves in the table and were thumped 3-0 at Liverpool last weekend, but Bonatini insists that they will not be complacent going into the game.

He told the Express & Star: “It’s good to be back at Molineux on Saturday, it’s our home and it’s where we feel comfortable, all the fans make an unbelievable atmosphere for us.

“We’re not looking at the opponents we’re facing – we’ll try to play our game, whether we’re home or away.
“We respect everyone but we focus on what we do. Nuno knows what we need to do.”
