Watford’s head coach Javi Gracia has confirmed Younes Kaboul’s future will be sorted in the next few days amid interest from Nantes. The former Tottenham Hotspur and Sunderland centre-back has found himself down the pecking order at Vicarage Road and does not appear to be in Gracia’s plans this season.
With Kaboul fully fit but not training with the rest of the Hornets first-team, Gracia has revealed the 32-year-old Frenchman could be set for a return to his homeland, with Nantes thought to be leading the hunt for his services.
Gracia was quoted by the Watford Observer: “Kaboul is not training with us in this moment with the team. He’s fit. But we will see in the next few days what will happen with his future. In this moment, what I can say is that he’s fit. But he’s not training with the team.”
