Lewis Hamilton has taken another step towards a fifth world title after a dominant drive for Mercedes at the Japanese Grand Prix. Hamilton started Sunday’s showpiece event in Suzuka at the front of the grid with Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas in second.
The pair put on a seamless display to finish the race in the same positions as Red Bull’s Max Verstappen came home third.
