West Ham have confirmed they have not received any form of offer for star striker Marko Arnautovic and nor do they want any.
As the January transfer window looms into view, speculation has been rife that the striker will be going to Manchester United with rumours, fuelled by comments from his agent, and brother, appearing to suggest that could be the case.

It was claimed that United had gone as far as to contact West Ham and make their position of interest known and could come back with a bid at some point, but that has been denied by a senior insider at the club, who told the ClaretandHugh website that the story was basically rubbish.
He said: “You are right to say it doesn’t make sense. I’ve never heard of a club approaching another and saying they are interested in a player but adding they may or may not make a bid but not at the moment anyway,” the club insider was quoted saying.
“Nobody does business that way. The truth is there has been no contact from anywhere on Marko and we are not in the market for bids anyway.”
