Fouad Yaha says he is looking forward to getting started at Agen after calling time on his rugby league career with Catalans Dragons.
The 22-year-old is getting set for a new life in the Top 14 on a two-year deal, having just helped Catalans win their first piece of major silverware in the Challenge Cup final win over Warrington Wolves.
After agreeing his switch to the 15-man form of the game, talented winger Yaha has thanked the hierarchy at the Dragons and he is now looking forward to testing himself at Agen.
“I would like to thank Steve McNamara, Bernard Guasch, the board members and all the club staff for giving me the opportunity to play and to improve in the best conditions,” he said.
“I also want to thank my team-mates. It’s not easy to leave them as they are much more than friends.
“We took up together the challenge to win the club’s first trophy and I am looking forward to a new challenge now, playing in the Top 14.”
