Super Eagles and Arsenal's exciting youngster, Alex Iwobi, has been voted Complete Sports Player of the Month for September.
This is the second time Iwobi will emerge winner after picking up his first award in March this year.
Iwobi secured an overwhelming 61 per cent of the votes from Complete Sports readers and Completesportsnigeria.com users.
In second place is Super Eagles and Manchester City star Kelechi Iheanacho who got 31 per cent, while Nigeria and Olympiakos striker Brown Ideye got eight per cent.
The 20-year-old Iwobi has already got off to the best of starts in October after scoring Nigeria's first goal in their 2-1 away win against Zambia in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Iwobi's brilliant run of impressive performances in September kicked off when Arsenal faced Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday, 13 September.
Despite playing on the back foot for most part of the game, it was Iwobi's rebounded shot that led to Arsenal's equaliser scored by Alexis Sanchez.
In the English Premier League clash away to Hull City on Saturday, 17 September, Iwobi provided two assists as Arsenal won 4-1.
Against Chelsea in the London derby on Saturday, 24 September, Iwobi dished out one of his best displays in an Arsenal shirt which led to him being presented with the man-of-the-match award.
In Arsenal's September Player of the Month award, Iwobi finished third behind Alexis Sanchez, who emerged winner, and Theo Walcott who was second.
And in recognition for his wonderful performances for Arsenal, Iwobi was nominated for the 2016 Golden Boy award.
