Summer signings Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas have turned Chelsea into runaway favourites for the title – and Mourinho insists they don’t need any further reinforcements next month.

Asked by talkSPORT if he intends to sign anyone in January, the Portuguese said: “No. We have a short squad but we’ve got good players, some younger, some older, but the squad is very, very good.

“Our project is to start and finish the season with the same group of players, so there will be nobody to leave and nobody to come in either.”

One must give it to Jose Mourinho, for he knows what sort of good players he wants in the different departments of his squad. Unlike some other coaches, who pay money for the service of easily crooked players.
Chelsea, should win laurels in England, but would fall short on the continent|Europe.
