Klopp: Liverpool Will Try New Tricks Vs Man United

 

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that his team will adopt a different method to end the winning streak of Manchester United in their Premier League clash on Sunday.

Klopp wants his side to be quicker as he hopes to ending Liverpool's scoring drought at Old Trafford.

Liverpool have failed to score in their last two games against Plymouth and Southampton.

"We know what we have to do to create more chances but ahead of United I don't think it is too much about chances and dominance. We have to think about different things," Klopp said in his pre-match conference on Friday.

"Our passing needs to be quicker, earlier all that stuff.

"That is the situation. In one game we didn't create a lot of chances.

The German tactician also heaped plaudits on his Manchester United counterpart Jose Mourinho.

"He's top level," Klopp said.

"That's not new. We have same kind of angriness in us. We want to go there and get a result."

Klopp also confirmed that Philippe Coutinho, Jordan Henderson and Joel Matip all trained with the squad on Thursday but was coy on whether they will feature.

"We have to wait for the reaction of these players," the German said.

"It's good that they are back, if they are back."
