Serbia’s Aleksandar Kolarov has admitted that their next game against Switzerland will be the most difficult game at the ongoing 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
The game is billed for the Kaliningrad stadium, same venue where the Super Eagles of Nigeria lost 2-0 to Croatia on Saturday.
Kolarov who was voted the man of the match in Serbia’s 1-0 win over Costa Rica in Samara on Sunday.
The AS Roma left back curled in a brilliant free-kick in the 56th minute past Keylor Navas from 25 yards to hand his side maximum points from their opening game.
“The match against Switzerland is going to be the most difficult one,” Kolarov said in his post match interview.
“We have an advantage but I do not want to do the maths yet. The best thing in football is that, win or lose, there is another match coming. There isn’t time to celebrate or to mourn.”
In the other group game, Switzerland battled favourites Brazil to a 1-1 draw at the Rostov Arena
