Head Coach of Korea Republic Jong Songchon has boasted that his team will hope to come out victorious against the Falconets in their second game of the U-20 World Cup.
Songchon whose side were forced to a 1-1 draw by England in their opening game, said his team will use the lessons learnt in their first game against the Falconets.
“The first game is always the toughest, but I’m happy because we tried hard. The second half was harder for us, but we are going to learn from this and prepare ourselves better for the other two games against Nigeria and Mexico.
Songchon hailed his team’s display against England despite throwing away their first half lead.
“The aim was getting the three points, however, we got a draw and although I’m a little bit sad about it, at the same time I’m very happy because my players gave their best and I would like to thank my players for this effort.”
