Newly promoted Turkish side, Yeni Malatyaspor have placed €3m price tag on former national U-23 skipper, Azubuike Okechukwu Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Okechukwu has been attracting interest from several top clubs in Turkey following his impressive performance last season which saw Malatyaspor secure promotion to the top flight division for the first time since 2006.
The 20 year old joined Yeni Malatyaspor from Bayelsa United in 2015, and he is in the final year of his current deal at the club.
The President of Malatyaspor Adil Gevrek revealed in an interview with Radyospor, that there were three concrete bids from Turkish Super Lig clubs for the Olympic bronze medalist, but the club will only listen to offers when his valuation is met.
"There are bids from Division 1 for Okechukwu, but as stated, only a bid in the region of €3m will bring us to the table," Gevrek told Radyospor.
Okechukwu made 31 appearances last term in all competitions and scored once.
