Nigerian youngster Kelechi Iheanacho has been named in Manchester City’s squad for the pre-season tour of China and Germany, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The 19-year-old was initially reported to have been left out of the trip due to visa hitches but he has now been included in the official 34-man party for the tour.
Iheanacho even headlined the tour squad report on Manchester City’s website on Tuesday, where they celebrated his breakthrough season.
Iheancho broke into the Citizens; first team last season scoring 13 goals in all competitions and providing three assists.
He will be eager to impress new boss Pep Guardiola and will battle for a starting spot in the side alongside Sergio Aguero, Wilfred Bony and new signing Nolito.
Youngster Tosin Adarabioyo, born to Nigerian parents, is also on the list.
