Nigeria stars Mikel Obi and Victor Moses are in line to feature in Chelsea’s first pre-season match of the summer after travelling with the squad to Austria.
However, Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo was not part of the travelling party.
Omeruo, who was on loan at Kasimpasa last season, is expected to join another Turkish club, Besiktas, in the coming days.
Mikel has been with Chelsea for 10 years, while Moses was on loan at Stoke last season.
Chelsea will face Rapid Vienna at the Alianz Stadium, Vienna in a friendly on Saturday as Antonio Conte begins his Blues reign.
Chelsea’s website reported that the squad arrived in Austria on Friday night as they embark upon a week-long training camp and prepare to play the first friendlies of their pre-season campaign.
Players who participated at Euro 2016 are yet to join up for pre-season.
On Sunday the squad will then head off to Velden, where they will be based for the remainder of the trip.
Their second friendly takes place on Wednesday when they face Austrian side RZ Pellets
