    yes I love that

  • One has to fear for the future of Victor Moses at Chelsea now that coach Antonio Conte has given way to fellow Italian Maurizio Sarri.

After Conte adopted a 3-4-3 formation, the red sea parted for Moses and his breakthrough came. He would make the right wing-back position his personal property as years of loan-out wilderness came to an end.

It is no secret that Moses’ preferred position is as a winger/attacking forward. However, the AFCON 2013 star failed miserably to impress in this position at Liverpool some seasons ago and his performance in the same position for Nigeria in the world cup against Croatia was painful to watch.

So, it is safe to say that he would not be considered for attacking roles for Chelsea any time soon.

The new Chelsea coach appears to favour a 4-3-3 formation tactically similar in principle and practice to Liverpool’s Jungen Klopp’s approach.

His expected starting lineup is expected to look like:
Courtois, Alonso, Christensen, Rudiger, Azpilicueta, Jorginho, Kante, Loftus-Cheek, Hazard, Bailey, Batshuayi.

With it being a gamble to deploy Moses as an out-and-out full back coupled with the aboundant talents that Chelsea have up front, it may well be wise for Moses to find his new promised land elsewhere.

    • Don’t be conclusive but suggestive . Imagine also that the competitive spirit may ginger him to return to his full wing attack. After all, no one formation is usde for all games, there are games that alter traditonalformations.

      • That is what we are hoping for. If he stops falling down at the slightest contact and learns to release the ball often rather than attempt dribbles that often fail to materialize, then the potentials are there for him to rediscover a berth in an attacking role for Chelsea or any other club.

  • It seems the begging is your problem continue.
