Super Eagles and Stoke City forward, Victor Moses would be looking to step up to another gear and hopefully continue his goalscoring rennaisance when the Potters play host to visiting Queens Park Rangers today at the Britannia in an EPL clash.
The Nigerian who recently returned from a long injury-lay-off was on the scoresheet Monday when Stoke put Rochdale to the sword with 4-1 trouncing in front of the opponents home fans in an FA Cup game. With that win, Stoke are set to continue their adventure in the FA Cup with a date against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park in February.
In the meantime, Stoke who currently sit in the 10th position on the league table would be looking to secure their third consecutive win in all competitions today against a QPR side enmeshed in the relegation waters where they are presently stuck in the 19th position on the log. Ten points separates the two sides with Stoke having the lion share of 29 points to QPR’s 10 after 22 rounds of matches.
Moses’ compatriot, Osaze Odemwingie is still recuperating from injury that has sidelined him for quite some time and will not be available for this game.
