By Johnny Edward: Super Eagles winger Victor Moses hopes he can be given a chance to resurrect his career at Chelsea under Antonio Conte this coming season.
Moses, who joined from Wigan for £9m in 2012, has made just 12 Premier League starts for the Blues since his arrival and has spent the last three seasons on loan at Liverpool, Stoke and West Ham respectively after failing to make his mark at Stamford Bridge.
But the 25-year-old Moses was one of the few Chelsea players who impressed against Rapid Vienna in Chelsea's first pre-season defeat on Saturday.
"It's a very big season for me, there is a new manager here," he was quoted on Evening Standard.
"I have to show my talent and make sure I work hard to get into his thoughts. I will keep working hard and see what happens after that.
"We have a new manager and he knows what he wants from us. We are still getting used to the way he wants us to play, but it's going to be good."
