Moses: Super Eagles Will Fight To Bounce Back

Super Eagles forward Victor Moses has stated that the team will do everything possible to overcome their disappointing 2-0 loss to Croatia in their Group D opening game at the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Saturday.
Moses played for 90 minutes but could not inspire his side to secure a favourable result against the Croatians.
The defeat leaves the Super Eagles bottom in Group D while Croatia top with Argentina and Iceland in joint-second on a point each.
Reacting to the defeat, Moses who expressed disappointment on the result, said they will do everything possible to right their wrongs in subsequent games.
“Disappointed with the result last night but we win together and lose together and will dust ourselves down and be ready to fight again. We are working hard to put things right,” Moses wrote on his verified Twitter handle.
The Super Eagles next game comes up on Friday against Iceland who surprisingly held Argentina to a 1-1 draw.

for me,this would have changed if moses simon was in the team, against croatia you will discover, that nigeria don’t have a left winger, iwobi is not a winger, you see moses simon is very good on the flanks, iwobi should occupy that no 10 role, mikel obi should go back and lastly ,shehu should not be starting for the eagles instead ebuehi. • This guy has grown too big for his boots. He now has the kind of influence on the team that he didn’t have in 2014. The absence of big personalities like Emenike, Yobo, Enyeama have created a vacume that this guy has exploited. Use your influence wisely Moses and stop bullying young players like Iheanacho into allowing you take all set pieces.
