Ndidi Rated Highly In Leicester’s Hard-Fought Draw Vs Man United

By James Agberebi: Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi earned top ratings for his impressive performance in Leicester City’s 2-2 home draw against Manchester United in Saturday’s Premier League game, Completesportsnigeria.om

Juan Mata’s brace looked to have secured the win for United after Jamie Vardy had given Leicester the lead in the first half only for Harry Maguire to strike at the death to clinch a point for his for a 10-man Leicester City.

Ndidi who featured for 90 minutes in the game, had a hand in Leicester’s first goal as he launched a long pass to Riyad Mahrez who laid off for Vardy to open the scoring.

And according to Daily Mail’s Leicester players’ ratings, Ndidi got seven out of 10 for his performance.

And on his performance, Daily Mail remarked:”Superb pass for Foxes goal and a disciplined display.”

Mahrez just like Ndidi, was also rated seven while the duo of Maguire and Demarai Gray both got the highest ratings which was eight.

The trio of Danny Simpson, Wes Morgan and Vicente Iborra got  six each, while Vardy was rated 6.5.

The two least rated players were Kasper Schmeichel and Marc Albrighton who both had 5.5.

  • I agree with the goalkeeper’s rating. The two goals were goals that Kasper would have prevented from entering, especially the 2nd goal that was scored from a goal kick!!! Kasper isca good goalkeeper but it seems it was his off day. Try better next match. That pass by the Algerian Mahrez for Vardy to score was too good and ‘intellectual.’
