Ndidi: Super Eagles “Not Bad” Vs Poland, Bring On Serbia

Leicester City star Wilfred Ndidi believes the Super Eagles posted a decent performance in tye friendly with Poland last Friday in Wroclaw and he is looking forward to the next friendly against Serbia.
Nigeria defeated Poland 1-0 in Wroclaw courtesy of Chelsea star Victor Moses’ penalty although Gernot Rohr’s side struggled for much of the game.
The Super Eagles are already in London for Tuesday night’s clash against Serbia, who lost 2-1 to Morocco in Turin on Friday.
“Not a bad game (versus Poland), the preparation continues,” Ndidi tweeted.
The Serbia game is the second in the series of friendly matches in preparation towards the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia this summer.
Nigeria will play Argentina, Iceland and Croatia in the first round of the World Cup.

Ndidi, I really understand the “poor” performance of versus Poland midfielders. For 3 of you (IHEANACHO, JOEL & NDIDI) to play together in midfield for the very first time against a high profile team like Poland after just 2 training sessions is not easy. I expect serious improvement on this against Serbia and other matches.

if Nigeria can play non sense and win world cup my brothers i would love it. football is no longer a game. it is now business short and simple. those saying se did not play well. who ever asked you food sweet, wetin people dey ask na: u don chop? the same applies here, after the match u ask: who win, not who play well? please nigeria play non sense and win world cup. some times is good to play to your strength the crop of Nigerian players are not used to holding the ball, they are used to pursuing the ball. so please my SE brothers pursue the ball, be the best at it, never give opponents a break, they might even score owe goal. italian pattern
