NPFL: MFM To Recall Hot Shot Odey As Pillars, 3SC Seek Home Wins

MFM will recall the trio of Stephen Odey, Sikiru Olatubosun and Ifeanyi Onuwa who were rested in Wednesday's draw away to Wikki Tourist when they host current Nigeria Professional League leaders Plateau United  reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

Fidelis Ikechukwu's side who occupy the thrid position are unbeaten in their last three games, winning one and drawing two away from home. At the 'Soccer Temple' the Olukoya Boys have not lost an NPFL game.

For Plateau United, they will be without their influential coach Kennedy Boboye and their first choice goalkeeper Dele Ajiboye for the encounter. Both are banned by the League Management Company for misconduct. The Jos-based outfit have recorded only one win three draw and two defeat away from home.

In Ilorin, a resurgent Enyimba of Aba face a tough task in search of their first away win of the season against ABS who have not lost nor drawn a game at home. The Henry Makinwa side have won all six home matches this season and Enyimba will be banking on Mfon Udoh who has scored five goals so far this term for the Aba Millionaires.

At the Sani Abacha stadium, Kano Pillars will host Gombe United seeking to their seventh home win of the campaign. Pillarswill be without their coach Kadiri Ikhana who will serve a one match ban in the encounter for misconduct. Pillars can go third with a win if MFM lose or draw at home to Plateau United. 

Shooting Stars will hope to end their winless run of five games when they host Abia Warriors who have huffed and puffed this season. Warriors' only win away of this season was on match day 1 against reigning champions Enugu Rangers. Despite languishing in 18th position, 3SC have not lost at home they have recorded two wins and three draws at the Adamasigba stadium.

In Markudi, Lobi Stars will be banking on Tony Okpotu to lead their charges against Nasarawa United. Lobi Stars occupy seventh position in the NPFL table, three points above Nasarawa United in 11th position with 16 points from 13 games.

Other fixtures will see IfeanyiUbah host El Kanemi Warriors, Niger Tornadoes battle in form Akwa United in Minna and Wikki Tourist take on Katsina United in Bauchi.
